Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements including lifting heavy loads.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and installation of new equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and pipes.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to safety standards.
• Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
