Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client in the life sciences sector seeks an Electrician in Lebanon, IN to support maintenance and electrical systems within Engineering and Technical Services. The ideal candidate will bring problem-solving skills, a professional attitude, and excellent customer service abilities to the team.

You will inspect, repair, and maintain equipment, oversee electrical and lighting systems, and help develop preventive maintenance plans while ensuring safety and reliability in operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements including lifting heavy loads.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and installation of new equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and pipes.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to safety standards.
• Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
