Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking an Electrical Validation Engineer to contribute to electrical and platform-level hardware validation of server platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans verifying hardware functionality and adherence to specifications, including SW stack and use-case testing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years of working knowledge in systems in an electrical/system test or validation setting.
• Ability to aid in scripting for testing and debugging purposes.
• Ability to provide clear report findings.

Responsibilities

• Interface with architecture, design, platform, firmware, and system engineering process.
• Aid in test specifications, requirements, strategies, and methodologies.
• Efficiently execute test plans to meet time-to-market requirements.
• Understand how systems work and be able to identify defects and issues.
• Confidently describe test procedures and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and aid in documenting and summarizing test results and collaborating in automation efforts for validation.
