Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking an Electrical Validation Engineer to contribute to electrical and platform level hardware validation of server platforms. You will work with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute test plans that verify hardware functionality, adherence to electrical specifications, and production requirements including SW stack testing.

You will aid in debugging, identify root causes, and resolve issues, while documenting results and collaborating on automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years of working knowledge in systems in an electrical/system test or validation setting.
• Ability to aid in scripting for testing and debugging purposes.
• Ability to provide clear report findings.

Responsibilities

• Interface with architecture, design, platform, firmware, and system engineering process.
• Aid in test specifications, requirements, strategies, and methodologies.
• Efficiently execute test plans to meet time-to-market requirements.
• Understand how systems work and be able to identify defects and issues.
• Confidently describe test procedures and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and aid in documenting and summarizing test results and collaborating in automation efforts for validation.
