Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting to maintenance and operations to restore product flow.
• Provide technical leadership and training to craft employees.
• Develop technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems.
• Analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Assist the maintenance department in outage planning and support supervisors and crafts in addressing VPM issues.
