Job summary

Arconic in Alcoa, Tennessee is seeking an Electrical Technical Specialist to join the Cold Rolling Department. You will provide technical troubleshooting to maintenance and operations to restore product flow and contribute to safe, reliable production.

You will lead technical initiatives, train shop personnel, develop solutions to recurring design and process problems, and analyze equipment data to drive improvements.

The Electrical Technical Specialist will provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations to restore product flow, as well as offer technical leadership and training to craft employees. This role involves developing technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems, and analyzing equipment and process data to identify opportunities for improvements. Additionally, this role will assist the maintenance department in both short and long-term outage planning and support supervisors and crafts in addressing VPM issues and items from the daily management action register.
