Job summary

William Charles Electric, a MasTec Company, seeks a Project Manager to lead transportation electrical infrastructure projects in Indiana, including traffic signals, street lighting, ITS, substations, and distribution systems. Based in Indianapolis, you will plan, design, and execute projects within transportation systems.

Responsibilities include safety program leadership, cost monitoring, scheduling, change orders, and coordinating with subs and vendors.

Qualifications

• Institutional degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years overseeing multiple electrical transportation projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with safety to ensure safety programs are established and executed.
• Financial monitoring and reporting including cost and revenue projections.
• Work with project superintendents to identify equipment types, personnel, means, and schedule.
• Maintain cost accounting, change orders, and communication logs.
• Submit quarterly cost to complete projections.
• Project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and work plans.
