William Charles Electric, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead transportation electrical infrastructure projects across Indiana, including traffic signals, street lighting, ITS, substations, and distribution systems. The role will be based in our Indianapolis, IN office and oversee planning, design and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Combination of education and experience considered.
• At least 2 years of industry experience overseeing multiple projects as a Project Manager for electrical transportation work.

Responsabilités

• Partner with safety to ensure safety programs are established and executed.
• Financial monitoring and reporting including cost monitoring, change order logs, and invoicing.
• Work with project superintendents to identify equipment types, personnel, and schedule requirements.
• Maintain cost accounting, schedule impacts, and change order logs.
• Coordinate equipment acquisitions and subcontractor costs tracking.
• Pre-construction planning with project team and review of permits.
• Project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and closeout.
