Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing planning environment.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, project coordination, or learning & development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
• Steer the introduction of training documentation for production and engineering on-the-job training.
• Lead qualification-based training initiatives to verify training and certification.
• Lead new course development aligned with engineering specs.
• Identify and address skill gaps to reduce risk via training.
• Create course materials (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) and maintain existing material.
• Lead training modules (classroom and online) for SpaceX personnel on technical topics.
• Develop process specs and research on new technologies.
• Engage with production, engineering, quality, and SMEs to gather technical information.
• Monitor human error trends in training to demonstrate improved outcomes.
• Onboard Starlink Production Associate hires and set up initial training.
• Maintain training documents within the Personnel Qualifications systems.
