Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate maintenance training across multiple facilities.

You will conduct classroom, field-based, and on-the-job instruction, ensuring alignment with safety and environmental standards. You will assess apprentice progress, coordinate with management to assign work groups, and guide journey-level and apprentice technicians during training activities.

Qualifications

• Five years of combined experience in operations or maintenance work and technical training.
• Associate degree in electrical or electronics technology, electromechanical controls, or a closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Plans, develops, delivers, and evaluates operations and maintenance training (classroom, field, on-the-job).
• Assesses apprentice knowledge, progress, and training needs; documents performance; verifies completion.
• Coordinates with facility management to identify work groups, schedules, and resources for apprentice development.
