Qualifications

• Electrical engineering or related degree required.
• 10+ years in electrical maintenance, power systems, or training.
• Prior leadership in technical or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, substations, safety standards.
• Experience with NFPA 70E/70B, IEEE, OSHA, NETA, and ANSI standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS or scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical instructors.
• Oversee scheduling, assignments, and classroom operations.
• Ensure training content aligns with current regulations.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to update materials.
• Conduct instructor evaluations and coaching.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of instructional staff.
• Serve as SME during client consultations.
• Travel up to 20% to support remote training sites.
• Identify new training and revenue opportunities with leadership.
• Maintain strict safety practices and company procedures.
