Job summary

Compu Dynamics seeks a Testing Lead to oversee preventative and predictive testing for data center clients, including electrical and oil testing and equipment inspections. You will coordinate with Account Managers, superintendents, and technicians to ensure accurate estimates, timely execution, and high-quality reports.

You will manage third‑party labs, enforce NFPA 70E safety, mentor the Report Writer, and drive program quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical testing, maintenance, or commissioning of critical power systems; data center experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating technicians or a field team.
• Working knowledge of NETA testing standards and NFPA 70E safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing program delivery across multiple sites; estimate scope and price; coordinate with account managers and site staff.
• Review results and approve final customer reports; escalate safety issues.
• Oversee Report Writer; ensure quality and on-time reporting to customers.
• Enforce safety practices per NFPA 70E and client site requirements.
