Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking an Electrical Tester I to perform basic testing tasks and preparation in a manufacturing setting. You will inspect equipment, prepare products for testing, document actions, and maintain a safe work area.

The role may involve training others and ensuring parts meet requirements before moving to the next operation. Pay ranges from $22.50 to $23.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and retirement plan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and Bills of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product before testing for conformance.
• Prepare product for test by making required connections.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment per procedures.
• Train others in testing tasks as needed.
• Inspect all work to ensure requirements before next operation.
