Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Ability to read drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product prior to testing to ensure conformance.
• Inspect testing equipment and test booth for proper operation.
• Prepare product for test by safely making required connections.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow procedures and rules.
• Conserve resources and support team by training others as needed.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets requirements before passing to the next operation.
