Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; associate degree preferred in electrical/electronic fields.
• 1–2 years in production assembly; +2 years testing experience preferred.
• Ability to use wire diagrams, MTS, OFS, and hand tools.
• Adheres to EH&S policies and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional tests on electrical components per work instructions and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot failures and identify root causes.
• Use DAL test fixture to run Hipot and Continuity tests on lines.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach associates on defects.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and maintain 5S, MRB, KPI.
