Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Test Specialist for Starlink PCBs to own testing equipment and support high-volume production.

You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive testing strategies, troubleshoot complex failures, and ensure product quality and yield across global deployments. The role requires hands-on problem solving, cross-functional communication, and the ability to work across shifts and travel to SpaceX sites and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science.
• 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Complete standardized testing, root cause analysis, and R&D projects.
• Understand data trends and debug hardware & software failure.
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
• Triage non-conforming product and drive resolution and preventative actions.
• Provide design feedback and clear communication between design engineering and production teams.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost.
• Define maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex problems independently with minimal direction.
