Job summary

RTX, the world039s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Test Solutions Engineer for our Tucson, AZ site. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure production readiness.

This role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), hands-on electrical troubleshooting, and familiarity with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
