Job summary

Astranis is seeking an Electrical Test Supervisor to lead our team of test specialists and technicians through the integration and test of satellites, both current and new. This role includes hiring, mentoring, and training, ensuring test operations run smoothly as production scales.

You will supervise workloads, coordinate cross-functional training, and drive improvements in hardware and software development to streamline production, while supporting a 24/7 operation in a high-security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field or 4 years of equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience leading peers and teams.
• Experience testing and debugging electrical systems.
• Willingness to work all shifts including 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test specialists on satellite integration and test.
• Manage workloads to hit weekly goals on the production floor.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and knowledge sharing.
• Hire, onboard, and train new specialists.
• Lead hardware and software development projects to streamline production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
