Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee high-rate production electrical testing across our vehicle programs. You will lead a team of technicians and test engineers, develop procedures, and drive improvements in test throughput while maintaining quality.

The role interfaces with Manufacturing, Systems, and Mission Assurance to disposition anomalies and ensure test coverage of critical parameters. A strong background in electrical test and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years in electrical test with lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-rate, high-complexity production environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interface control documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical test operations across production vehicles.
• Own and maintain test procedures and scripts.
• Drive test flow improvements to increase rate while preserving coverage.
• Mentor a team of test technicians and engineers.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Systems, and Mission Assurance on anomalies.
