Job summary

Fluke Electronics is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to analyze, develop, implement, and maintain methods and equipment for calibration and test of new and existing products. You will own KPIs in Operations, including 5S, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity, and drive improvements with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry; RF knowledge a plus; leadership experience desired.
• Proven ability to handle high pressure, prioritize workload and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Drive quality through root cause countermeasures of failures.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
• Identify cost saving opportunities through redesign and supplier relationships.
• Advise design engineering on production capabilities and equipment needs.
• Specify all hardware requirements for test systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O and boards across stations.
• Validate test stations using software and hardware.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware/software debugging.
• Review test results and analyze data to improve yields.
