Job summary

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, located in Fontana, CA, is seeking a Test Engineer to support testing for manufacturing projects under the Electrical Engineering Manager. You will perform AC/DC functional testing on protection relays, MV switchgear, MV breakers, and related components to ensure conformance with project specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Qualifications

Hands-on experience performing AC/DC functional testing on protection relays, MV switchgear, MV breakers and arc flash.
Knowledge of testing three-phase AC and DC power distribution circuits and troubleshooting.
Ability to follow testing forms and IEEE guidelines as part of standard procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain testing schedule per project and production plans.
Review project specifications and test plans with technicians.
Create and maintain test procedures, forms, and reports; perform power testing of assemblies.
