Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical field with related experience.
• 2+ years supporting product test, validation, and hardware verification.
• Hands-on experience developing test solutions for electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Proficiency with lab instrumentation: oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable supplies.
• Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, statistics, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost-effective test solutions satisfying performance, quality, and validation requirements.
• Leads testing efforts including design, installation, validation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversaw testing stages to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance.
• Authors SOWs, specifications, and validation plans.
• Produces engineering documentation such as CAD diagrams and PCB layouts when needed.
