Raytheon Technologies invites you to join our Test Solutions Engineering team in Tucson, delivering state-of-the-art electrical test systems for mission-critical defense products across development to sustainment. This hands-on role spans design, build, and integration, working with a multidisciplinary team to meet strict performance and reliability standards.

The position requires an advanced STEM degree and experience with evaluating passive and active electronic components, plus proficiency

Competenze

Advanced STEM degree required by start date.
Experience selecting, calculating values for passive/active components in analog or digital designs.
Experience using lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, network/spectrum analyzers) to test hardware.
Experience may be gained through on-the-job, coursework, labs or projects.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products, interfaces, cabling, and fixtures for defense systems.
Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation per defense standards.
Validate hardware using lab equipment and measure electrical signals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
Support project execution to meet performance, schedule, and budget commitments.
Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers to deliver integrated test architectures.
