Job summary

Arthrex in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Engineer I (Electrical) – Test Engineering to support R&D and Manufacturing through testing, verification and validation activities. You will develop test fixtures, automated test methods, and data collection systems to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic systems, documenting results, and writing V&V reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with testing, verification and validation activities.
• Ability to develop test fixtures and automated test methods.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and troubleshooting circuits.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D and Manufacturing by testing products and processes.
• Perform verification and validation activities and write V&V reports.
• Develop/test fixtures, gauges, and data collection systems.
• Analyze test results and document findings for CAPA.
• Present test records in numerical/graphical formats.
