Job summary

Arthrex is seeking an Engineer I (Electrical) – Test Engineering in Santa Barbara, CA to support R&D and Manufacturing through testing, verification, and validation activities. You will develop test fixtures, automated test methods, and data collection systems to enable robust product development.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration across design teams. A Bachelor's in engineering and hands-on experience with test equipment are required; software or clinical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Electrical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering preferred.
Experience with test equipment and troubleshooting is required.

Responsibilities

Support R&D in design, test, verification, and validation of new product designs.
Responsible for electronic troubleshooting and CAPA investigations.
Develop and write technical reports and work instructions.
Set up and conduct tests of complete systems and components under operation conditions.
Develop small- to mid-sized applications using Python, MATLAB, or similar languages.
