Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Test Manufacturing Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) team in Los Angeles. You will own production test activities, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and ensure throughput while maintaining high quality.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing test, experience with Linux, LabVIEW, and PCB testing, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in PCBA/electronic testing.
• Knowledge of PCBA test equipment and measurement sensors.
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system to component level.
• Improve and sustain test systems to enhance automation and coverage.
• Generate test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Develop library of failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
• Identify root causes and remediate product failures (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing to support returns and failure analysis.
• Analyze test data and report findings to identify defects and improvements.
• Optimize test strategies to reduce test time without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision and reliability.
