Job summary

ASML is seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Bench Engineer to lead development, implementation, and support of advanced electrical test benches used for product validation, integration, and troubleshooting.

You will take ownership of test bench functionality from requirements to commissioning, ensuring alignment with system specs, cost targets, and schedules in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or an MS degree in a relevant field.
Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, or motion control systems.
Experience with electrical cabinet design and system integration.
Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessment for test equipment (interlocked enclosures).
Experience supporting research, prototype, or high-tech development environments.
Knowledge of version control, configuration management, and engineering release processes.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain test bench interface requirements and system architecture.
Take end-to-end ownership of test bench functionality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Drive test bench development from concept through deployment and operational support.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between test bench capabilities and project requirements.
