Job summary

Delta ModTech in Ramsey, MN is seeking an Electrical Technician Supervisor to lead the Electrical Technicians, ensuring safe, productive, and on-schedule builds. You will coach staff, set expectations, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing to meet project milestones.

This role requires strong leadership, electrical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship in a technical field.
• Extensive field and in-house experience in electrical systems.
• Ability to read ladder prints, sketches, diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience navigating Microsoft and industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Electrical Technicians.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily electrical production activities.
• Balance workloads based on technician capabilities and project priorities.
• Coordinate technician assignments across multiple concurrent builds, repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and progress; identify delays and risks.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate priorities and safety concerns.
• Ensure timely completion of electrical work and project schedules.
• Coordinate overtime, travel, and field-support as needed.
• Develop and enforce safety and quality standards.
