Job description

Are you ready to shape the future with us?

The maintenance electrical technician is responsible for systematic troubleshooting, accurate diagnosis of root causes, and sustainable repairs to production equipment. They will track work via SAP-PM software and provide detailed feedback about faults and repairs to enable data analysis and recurrence elimination.

Responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC electrical control systems (PLC, IPC, hardwire, field devices).
2. Repair motors, drives, and servo systems.
3. Diagnose issues using tools like digital multimeters, schematics, PLC/Drive diagnostic software.
4. Replace defective control components, recommission, and verify operations.
5. Use an iPad to record work details in SAP/PUMA accurately.
6. Communicate professionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
7. Follow safety procedures including LOTO and PPE use.
8. Perform small mechanical repairs.
9. Repair/replace IPC hardware, backup software as needed.
10. Maintain transformers and lighting systems.
11. Assist in updating maintenance web pages.
12. Comply with safety, plant, and governmental standards.
13. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
14. Assist with daily maintenance tasks.
15. Be available for coverage and overtime.
16. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Your profile

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in relevant fields or 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Successful completion of electrical testing.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing facilities.

Work Environment

• Non-climate controlled, exposed to temperature swings, dust, noise, traffic.
• Physical tasks including lifting, bending, operating machinery.
