About the Role

Supports electrical and electronic engineering activities, often involving specialized equipment or product in the manufacturing environment. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, and performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, tests, builds, and assembles electrical circuits and systems, circuitry, test equipment, prototypes using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies, working from schematics, diagrams, and instructions.
  • Documents, tests, evaluates, analyzes, and verifies electrical development of electrical/electronic systems, circuits, prototypes, and components by writing documents, reports, memos, and change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards, following test procedures, specifications, and instructions.
  • Tracks and troubleshoots electrical development effort, including test set‑ups, circuit or device problems, by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool through electrical understanding, documentation, and problem‑solving practices.
  • Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) principles. Has in‑depth knowledge of safety principles, hazards, and requirements.
  • Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process and complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
  • Performs routine and complex equipment setup. Owns corrective, preventive, and calibration maintenance tasks, as well as proactive management of equipment spares to improve uptime.
  • Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  • Works with other technicians and engineers on process improvement. Has some experience with project execution.
  • Participates in the mentorship and development of less experienced technicians in technical, business, or communication skills.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience with an AA degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IPC Soldering Trainer certification for soldering/inspection.
Work Mode

This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least five days per week.
