POSITION OVERVIEW
The Electrical Technician II is responsible for performing intermediate-to-advanced level electrical tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires a solid working knowledge of electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on installation, maintenance, and repair projects.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This position reports to the local Project Manager and is responsible for engaging with the install team and all of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
BEHAVIORAL PROFILE
Language Skills
Ability to clearly read and understand work orders, safety documentation, and technical diagrams. Can communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to accurately calculate electrical loads, material measurements, and voltage/amperage. Proficient in applying math to troubleshoot and complete electrical tasks.
Reasoning Ability
Strong critical thinking skills to diagnose electrical issues, plan installations, and follow complex procedures. Capable of prioritizing tasks, working independently, and solving problems efficiently.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and use tools with precision. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of environments and weather conditions. Requires vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
