Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrician to maintain electrical and lighting systems across a healthcare environment. The role follows a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional after-hours to support planned maintenance and facilities needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and work with MS Office tools; apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3-4 years of related experience; apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to stoop, stand, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs+.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Apprenticeship or formal training recognized in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; install new equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components such as motors, switches, wiring, and pumps.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review maintenance records to plan proactive inspection and PM schedules.
• Operate electrical test equipment and document results per procedures.
• Maintain and repair controls on HVAC and related systems.
• Complete required regulatory training prior to work and follow environmental policies.
