Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Build, wire, assemble, and test electrical systems for industrial vehicles, robotic equipment, and prototype machinery
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot PLC systems, control panels, relays, switches, sensors, motors, and wiring assemblies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
• Perform panel wiring, cable routing, wire termination, and component installation
• Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit analyzers
• Support prototype development, system integration, and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve electrical issues
• Maintain accurate records of testing, modifications, and repairs

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical/vocational certification in electrical or electromechanical systems preferred

Experience Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience wiring, assembling, or troubleshooting electrical/electromechanical systems
• Experience reading schematics and using electrical test equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation, robotics, or industrial vehicle systems
• Familiarity with PLC-based control systems

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, bend, and use hand tools for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
