Palmer Electric is seeking Electrical Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled electricians who take pride in their work and thrive in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.

Palmer Electric Company has been a trusted name in electrical services in Central Florida since 195. We are licensed, bonded, and insured and our skilled electricians proudly provide reliable, safe, and prompt residential and commercial electrical repairs and emergency services 24/7.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Travel to job sites across Orlando and surrounding areas
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in homes, businesses, and industrial sites
Plan and set up new or updated electrical installations.
Measure, pull, splice, and connect wires and power cables.
Diagnose problems and provide solutions directly to customers.
Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions.
Use tools, testing equipment, ladders, lifts, and dig trenches safely.
Mentor and guide other team members.
Work on motor controls and generators if experienced.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years of electrical service experience in commercial, residential, or industrial settings.
Solid knowledge of the NEC (NFPA 70) and common electrical installation methods.
Motor controls and generators knowledge highly desirable but not required.
Commitment to safety and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Central Florida.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong attention to detail.
Professionalism and reliability to be able to represent Palmer Electric with integrity on every job.
Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED required.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
