Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking an Electrical Technician to assemble and wire electrical panels for vehicle chassis and execute routing and terminations of wires. You will read schematics, fabricate conduit lines, and ensure quality standards for final assemblies.

The role requires reading diagrams, using measuring instruments and tape measures, and performing forklift operations with training certification. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle system electronics
• Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot relay logic

Responsibilities

• Wiring electrical panels consisting of relays, terminal blocks, fuses and solenoids
• Installing completed electrical panels and assemblies on vehicle chassis and routing and terminating wires
• Ensure equipment meets electrical assembly quality standards and that completed equipment functions properly
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and all related paperwork
• Fabricate and install rigid conduit lines
• Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance of training certificate
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

An Electrical Technician is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Wiring electrical panels consisting of relays, terminal blocks, fuses and solenoids
• Installing completed electrical panels and assemblies on vehicle chassis and routing and terminating wires
• Ensure equipment meets electrical assembly quality standards and that completed equipment functions properly
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and all related paperwork

• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $22.00 to $27.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
