Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with crimping, soldering, wire termination, and connector assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of cable routing, strain relief, and electrical assembly best practices.
  • Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, heat shrink equipment, and torque tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build, route, and install electrical harnesses and wiring assemblies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build, route, and install electrical harnesses and wiring assemblies.
  • Perform crimping, soldering, termination, and connector assembly to industry standards.
  • Support the installation and integration of electrical components, circuit boards, and avionics systems.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Preferred

  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent.
  • Experience utilizing multimeters, continuity testers, and other electrical test equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a research and development environment.
  • Familiarity with avionics, aerospace wiring standards, or mission‑critical electrical systems.
