VanTran Industries, Inc. seeks an Electrical Team Lead to steer daily electrical integration, testing, and FAT activities on power skids, E-Houses, switchgear, transformers, RMUs, and control panels.

You will supervise Electrical Integrators and Test Technicians, ensuring work adheres to drawings, specs, and safety policies while coordinating with engineers and production teams. The role demands strong leadership, extensive wiring and testing experience, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Must have 5+ years in industrial electrical assembly, integration, or testing.
• Must have 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, one-line diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using electrical test instruments and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily electrical integration and testing activities.
• Assign work and provide technical directions to team members.
• Coordinate installation, wiring, and verification of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, schematics, and customer specs.
• Lead electrical testing including FAT, hi-pot, insulation tests, and relay verification.
• Review and approve test documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members and support onboarding.
