Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Team Lead to guide daily electrical integration, assembly support, testing, troubleshooting and FAT for power skids, E-Houses, switchgear, transformers and related equipment on the production floor.

You will supervise Electrical Integrators and Test Technicians, coordinate activities with engineers, QA and project management, and ensure safety and quality standards across all testing stages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five years of industrial electrical assembly, integration or testing experience.
• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, one-line diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with electrical test instruments and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical integration and testing activities.
• Assign work and provide technical directions to Electrical Integrators and Test Technicians.
• Coordinate installation, wiring, termination, labeling, and verification of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
• Lead electrical testing including continuity, insulation resistance, DLRO/ground continuity, hi-pot, functional testing, relay verification and FAT.
• Review and approve test documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and wiring issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train, mentor and develop team members and support onboarding.
• Promote and enforce safety policies including LOTO and PPE.
