Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead - Electrical Construction to provide technical oversight, project management, and leadership for electrical construction projects.

You will act as Engineer of Record, manage budgets, resources, and design quality, and mentor staff. The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction sciences, 8+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of HV/MV distribution, lighting, and protection coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Construction Sciences.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Deep knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and design calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and leadership for electrical construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and design quality; mentor staff.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and coordinate with project managers and clients.
• Perform site visits, reviews, and support testing and commissioning activities.
