Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Project Team Leader in Coppell, TX to drive electrical design from concept through delivery while mentoring a talented technical team.

The ideal candidate holds a U.S. PE license, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and 8+ years of related experience, with proven leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and design-build or preconstruction expertise. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. PE license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.
• Experience with design-build or preconstruction engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and BIM/Modeling professionals.
• Oversee electrical engineering design from early project development through delivery.
• Develop design fees, project budgets, resource plans, and engineering schedules.
• Manage technical deliverables, project scope, and design changes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and design-build teams.
• Oversee electrical power distribution designs, system studies, and code compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, resolving complex design challenges, and supporting value engineering.
