Job summary

Progressive Recovery, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead who will oversee the electrical build, wiring, and integration of custom manufacturing equipment. You will lead a team of 5–6 electrical technicians, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of complex systems.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on wiring custom equipment, and possess strong skills in electrical systems, including PLCs and HMIs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with industrial control systems, including PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
