The Electronic & Automation Supervisor will lead a team responsible for maintaining and optimizing automation systems, PLC interfaces, electrical equipment, and plant reliability initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with maintenance leadership and will partner closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve uptime, equipment performance, and production efficiency.

This role operates within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment supporting automated production equipment and plant operations. The position works closely with maintenance technicians, automation engineers, production leadership, and plant operations teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

The environment is highly technical and execution-focused, requiring strong electrical and automation expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment and production challenges.

  • Background within heavy manufacturing, packaging, wire & cable, plastics, metals, or similar industrial environments preferred
