Job summary

Cintal, a forward‑looking global technology company, seeks an engineer to validate Microgrid Power Control Systems and electrical control systems. You will develop test plans, execute validation activities, and collaborate with controls and software teams to ensure reliable system performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data analysis, and documentation of results, with opportunities to contribute to NPI and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in controls, validation, or systems engineering.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and product development.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, HIL testing, and CAN tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform system validation, verification, and testing of MPCS and control systems.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans, procedures, and test results.
• Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and software validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including controls, software, and electrical engineering.
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product development efforts.
• Utilize MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, and CANape tools for testing and analysis.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, validation documentation, and engineering updates.]
