Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Systems Validation Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute validation activities for a Modular Power Conversion System (MPCS) across the NPI lifecycle.

You will ensure system functionality, safety, performance, cybersecurity, and customer requirements are fully validated before release. You will collaborate with software, controls, electrical, product support, quality and program management teams, mentor junior staff,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in systems validation or NPI environments.
Experience with MPCS or similar power conversion systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MPCS validation plans aligned with program milestones.
Define validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria for new features.
Coordinate laboratory, HIL, endurance, integration, and field validation activities.
Validate software releases, firmware updates, network communications, and control algorithms.
Track validation progress and escalate risks to leadership.
