Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in electronics-related field.
• 3+ years in electronics test, product validation, or manufacturing test.
• Proficient in Python for test automation and data analysis.
• Experience with automated test systems and test fixtures.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate electrical and mechanical components for prototypes, validation, and manufacturing test systems.
• Develop, maintain, and improve production test procedures, fixtures, and automated test equipment.
• Develop and maintain software tools, automated test apps, and scripts for validation and manufacturing test.
• Participate in prototype and pilot runs to transition products into manufacturing.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair digital and analog electronics.
