Job summary

Patton Electronics Co in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Electrical Integration and Test Engineer to support product development and the introduction of new products into Manufacturing.

You will apply electronics hardware, software, and test engineering knowledge to collaborate with electrical and mechanical design engineers and Manufacturing personnel to develop, validate, and sustain Patton products through the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics test, validation, or manufacturing test.
• Proficiency with Python for test automation, data collection, analysis, and scripting.
• Experience developing automated test systems and production test fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Integrate electrical and mechanical components for prototypes and manufacturing test systems.
• Develop and maintain production test procedures, fixtures, and automated test equipment.
• Develop software tools and scripts for engineering validation and manufacturing testing.
• Support prototype and pilot production runs to transition products to manufacturing.
• Assemble, configure, test, troubleshoot, and repair digital and analog circuitry and systems.
