Qualifications

• AA or technician diploma in electronics with 3–5+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and schematics/diagrams.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and basic troubleshooting at board level.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, and component-level troubleshooting on electronics products.
• Read schematics and assembly drawings to diagnose issues.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, setups, and strategies.
• Document test results and manufacturing activities clearly and accurately.
• Identify trends and provide feedback to improve quality and yield.
• Train and mentor other technicians; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure IPC-A-610 compliance and proper ESD handling practices.
