Job summary

Decisive Point is looking for an Engineering Manager for Electrical Systems located in El Segundo, California. You will lead a team of electrical engineers working on the integrated systems for our groundbreaking Kaleidos microreactor.

As a candidate, you should have strong electrical engineering expertise alongside people management skills. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules and budgets, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, including hands-on hardware design, integration, and test.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring and team development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive programs with significant scope and ambiguity under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of electrical engineers, owning hiring, performance management, and technical development.
• Own electrical and software integration requirements spanning power distribution and signal conditioning.
• Manage schedule, budget, and vendor relationships for electrical hardware and integration activities.
