Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment has partnered with an innovative engineering leader developing next-generation energy technology. We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to build and own mission-critical integration and test infrastructure from the ground up.

You will lead the design and deployment of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, select platforms, simulate reactor sensors/actuators, and define validation strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience building HIL or complex test systems from scratch.
• Strong background in system integration, validation and real-time test platforms (NI PXI, dSPACE, Speedgoat, LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C++, or similar).
• HANDS-ON leadership of complex hardware programs from architecture through deployment.
