Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of professional automotive systems engineering experience.
• Experience applying systems engineering practices and managing technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to addressing complex engineering challenges.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical and electronic system specifications for vehicle platforms.
• Establish, document, and maintain system requirements, technical interfaces, and related engineering documentation.
• Lead the technical definition and development of new vehicle capabilities and enhancements to existing features.
• Contribute to the evolution of vehicle platform architectures supporting both conventional and autonomous vehicle programs.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support change and configuration management throughout the product development process.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues spanning electrical hardware, embedded software, and vehicle communication networks.
• Facilitate engineering reviews and technical collaboration among internal engineering teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external suppliers.
